Understand how EzyIntern supports your academic internship.

Your institution sets the requirements.

EzyIntern supports structured internships through college consent, assigned mentors, daily activity logs, verified attendance, final reports, assessments, and verifiable certificates. Using the portal does not by itself confer AICTE approval, UGC recognition, or automatic academic credits.

UGC internship framework

The UGC undergraduate internship guidelines describe 60โ€“120 hours of internship after the fourth semester and a 2โ€“4 credit framework. Programme eligibility and credit recognition must be confirmed with the student's institution. Requirements can vary by programme, university, and internship category.

AICTE internship records

The AICTE internship policy includes a student's daily diary and evaluation by the industry supervisor. This portal provides daily logs, mentor verification, recorded hours, attendance, final project reports, and completion assessment to support that process.

Before your internship

  • Confirm your programme, mode, hours, and proposed credits with your college.
  • Complete your academic profile and submit a suitable application.
  • Upload a college consent letter and have the reviewer confirm the nodal officer and mentor.
  • For paid programs, request payment instructions from the administrator. Payments are marked verified only after transaction checks.

During and after training

  • Record actual daily activities and hours; never mark future attendance.
  • Your mentor verifies each day's attendance and learning activity.
  • Submit your final project report and complete the mentor assessment.
  • Certificates require the programme end date, verified hours and attendance, reviewed logs, institutional consent, and a final assessment.
  • Submit the records to your institution for its own evaluation and credit decision.

Partner commissions

Partner registration is free. Commission terms are set by the administrator and shown in the partner workspace. Commissions are calculated on independently verified enrolment payments. Payout records represent transfers confirmed by the administrator; the portal does not transfer money automatically.

Terms & privacy notice

Provide accurate information and use only your own account. Program availability, dates, fees, learning requirements, and unpaid or paid status are shown in program details. An application is not a guarantee of admission, employment, or academic credit.

Your account details are used to manage enrolment and academic records. Administrators and the approved host partner can access information necessary to review your application. Consent letters and project reports are stored privately and require authorised access. Referral partners see commission records without access to private student documents.

Public certificate verification shows only the recipient name, program, host, verified hours, issue date, and validity. Contact details, guardian details, roll numbers, and uploaded documents are not publicly displayed. Contact the portal administrator through your institution for corrections or account requests.
